What do you mean?
Do you mean that people on the Three network cannot call (or text?) you?
Or that you cannot call/text Three users?
If so then you need to contact 48 support to get them to look into this for you.

You need to contact 48 support so - this happens from time to time to individual users but I have no idea why other than in some cases when the affected user is joining 48, has ported a number but the porting process has not quite finished.
