Hello 48 I already paid for membership but I don't know where is my credit gone? I can't call nobody.

08/09/2015 but I have no credit, explain what was going on

If your current membership doesn't expire until 22nd September then the newly purchased membership will have stacked to kick in then.
If you use up membership allowances before the membership expires then you need to buy add-ons not a new membership.
Also remember that Standard membership no longer comes with unlimited mobile calls - just 300 mins since June.
Guido is better value since for €10 you get the same allowances plus data.

MY NAME IS GEORGE MC CANN FROM DUBLIN IRELAND I AM IN THE USA AT THE MOMENT. I JUST TOP UP MY CREDIT BY 30 EUROS ON MY VISA DEPT. IT SAID IT WAS SUSCESSFUL. BUT IT HAS"NT GONE ON TO MY PHONE. WHY?

I put 3 gigs add-ons in on top of 1.14 gigs already in (4.14 gigs). I watched a documentary on netflix 1hr 35m approx and my son watched a youtube video this morning 30mins approx. This is absolutely impossible. My credit has being dissappearing way too quickly lately, please look into it or I won't be renewing my membership on the 8th July. Thank you.
