Did you get my reply to the support request you raised earlier.

 

If it's been two week then the chances are the SIM has been lost somwhere along the way.

 

You should head to the homepage and order a new SIM.  We will get one delivered within 3-5 days.

 

You can then set up a new account and join 48 again.
