I was with 48 then joined 3 now going back to 48 my old sim won't work and won't activate. Do I need to get a new sim?

Contact 48 support and they may be able to reactivate the old SIM and port your number back over if you like.

If not then they can advise on how to get a new SIM but keep your old account if that's what you need to do.

There is no number to call.
