When you say signal do you mean all coverage (i.e. no bars) or data specifically or something else?
Have you tried switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning the contacts, reinserting the SIM and then switching on again just to see if it makes any difference?
Perhaps a replacement SIM might make a difference?
Otherwise you might need to contact 48 support to ask about this:
