I was wondering if it is possible to change from a micro sim back to a normal sized sim. I have a regular sim already and want to use it in another phone as it can't be used in an iPhone, does it have to be reactivated? Thank you

Yes - just go here, choose the "swap" option and select dual SIM (which is a mini/regular sized SIM with a micro SIM popout):

Can I have a replacement sim as the 1 you sent me 2 weeks ago does not work

You'll probably need to contact 48 support and/or just order another replacement sim.
