I am in mayo and it says that I am roaming, when I go into network and connect manually to 48 it just tells me that I am already connected and I stay roaming, any ideas?

Some phones will say that you are roaming because you are on a virtual network (48 which operates on the O2 network). It's nothing to worry about and definitely does not incur any additional costs or cause any other problems.
