Update: 7th Jan 2015 - resolved.
As reported by several others here the help ticket system doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
When you try to log a support request
http://www.48months.ie/help/ask-agent
or access an existing one
http://www.48months.ie/help/my-messages
you get:
Sorry! Not possible to log into the support site. Try again later or contact an agent
For now it might be best to use this email address to contact support:
Normally you would be able to contact 48 support online as explained here:
I've reported the problem to 48 support using this email address so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
I'll update this post/thread when it is.
