On the 27th of January I've purchased a €10 Guido membership. After that, I've moved my old number to my 48 account. After that I've noticed that a different number is showing on my account and that my membership has ran out. When I check my history it shows that I have topped up my account for €10 on the 27/01/15. I still have two days left of my membership but it's saying that it's expired. What could the problem be? Thank you.

The problem was your online account did not update with your new number. I've managed to get that done for you now.
So log back in and check and all should be well.
