No mobile minutes left on Don membership

Hi there. I bought the Don membership on the 2nd of September and now on the 17 th of September my account says I have no mobile minutes left. Can anyone help me here? Also when I try to add-on some new credit I can't, which is strange. I can only add eu roaming calls. Does my phone perhaps think I'm in another country?

Don should have unlimited minutes (subject to the fair usage limits) so that doesn't make sense unless you got barred?
If not then I think you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance:
The payment issue sounds similar to the problems that others have been experiencing with the site for the past few days.
Almost certainly the system does NOT think that you are roaming/abroad.
The fact that only EU roaming calls is available to buy is almost certainly not significant.
