I did an upgrade on my phone yesterday and I now can't get the internet to work. I have checked all the settings and they are all correct. My phone is s Moto g!

Is data roaming enabled?

What did you upgrade from/to?

I was onto you last week with an internet problem which we solved however now I have no internet and can't make outgoing call. I can receive calls and texts.

 

Any suggestions??

What does your online account say about your data and calls allowance balances?

APN Type: *

 

Yes I can sent texts and my Don member is in the green - paid up until 1st May.

What is your current membership data allowance balance?

You don't specify the APN field as 48months.liffeytelecom.com.

Also try APN type = default,mms,supl rather than *.

Not sure what I up graded from but version is now android 5.0.2
Settings are
Access point called 48months.liffeytelecom.com
Mmsc: http://mmc1/servlets/mms
Mms proxy: 10.1.11.19
Mms port 8080
Mcc 272
Mnc:11
Authentication type:pap
Apn type: Internet,duplicate,mms

Try rebooting and see if it works.

If not then try APN type = * if you can enter that.

Otherwise try APN type = default,mms,supl.

If things still don't work try Authentication type = None/not set
