No internet data

Hi, I'v a iPhone 5s and just new to this, I'v no data, can't recieve my emails & poor network coverage, it saying I'm not subscribed to cellular network, can anyone help?

For internet data to work you need to configure your internet/APN settings.

Do calls and texts work OK?

What exactly do you mean by "poor network coverage"?

What is the exact "not subscribed" message?

Hi, poor coverage as in only 1/2 bars, very bad signal. APM iv already set it up? 😞

Did it ever work better?

Where are you located?

Does it affect performance - e.g. do calls/texts work OK anyway?

What's your data speed like?
