No internet and I tried the advice given on the FAQs

I cannot access internet but have internet included in my package.

My data is on and I have tried to follow the instructions in the faq. I have not received a text with a pin number and have tried the liffeytelecom website but that won't work too.

Help please?!

Have you tried our settings page https://48months.ie/my-48/my-data-settings?

 

If you have then what happened when you tried it?  Did you see a message saying the settings would be sent via text or was it a list of instructions to follow.

 

Let me know what happened and also what type of phone you have.

The PIN is 1234.

But do you mean that you never receive any configuration message from the online configurator?

The online configurator never worked for me or many others who have posted here.

I would suggest that you configure the settings manually.

I read the link but not sure what to do with the abbreviation and details given? Where do I put the APN etc?

The first one (online configurator) doesn't work for you so skip to the next one (Tweakker APN app from the Google Play Store).

Hey yeah I tried it and put my brand in (motorrola) then make moto e xt 1023...that is all successful btu the text that I am supposed to receive never gets to me...
