My contacts can't call me & I'm not seeing any missed calls

My contacts are unable to phone me and I am not showing any missed calls

Can you call them? 

Were they ever able to successfully call you? 

What happens at their end when they call you? Any error messages? 

Can they text you? 

Can you receive any calls at all from other callers?

What make and model of phone is it? 

Could some setting be enabled that is blocking calls?

Me too, my family contacts have to call several times to get me. I don’t see any missed calls. Also signal is very bad in several parts of bray.
