Hi there,
It sounds like you will need to open a support ticket with the help desk. You can do that by clicking the link in my signiture.
Were you on billpay before or registered prepay. If so if you are still in contract or your details did not match the ones your old provider has then that might of blocked the transfer. But the helpdesk will be able to confirm what the problem is.
