I have a nokia lumia 820 and have followed your guide lines òn how to set up my mobile data . I am still unable to connect , can you help me please ?

I presume that you have a data allowance as part of your membership or a data add-on?

How did you configure the settings?

Did you try the online configurator?

What are your settings right now?

Did you enable data roaming?
