Hi I want to buy membership €10 unlimited calls nd text but I couldn't get it how I can do that please. Thank you

You can't do anything about it if you switched to another price plan at some point since they came in , as you cannot revert back to the old deal. Have you been getting the standard membership every month??

 

If you have been using the same (standard deal) all the time and just can't manage to get the top up then you would need to log a request here,

You can't get it as they stopped the unlimited calls and text deal a few months ago. Now they have new deals in place. The offer for standard membership is only available to those who registered before the start of  March this year!

At the bottom it tells you when the new plans came in!

I think that once you were a member before 5th March and have bought only Standard or VIP/Don membership since 5th March then you should still be able to buy Standard. But if you bought any of the other new memberships in the meantime then you have lost the ability to buy Standard. As far as I recall this was explained to members around March 5th.

Good news... Seemingly this has changed now and anybody who was a member before March 5th 2013 can now purchase Standard membership even if they have since bought one of the other memberships in the meantime.
