Membership ran out

Hey I was wondering could anyone help me, my Mitch membership has ran out of calls and texts but still have internet left, I bought a new membership (Guido) thinking that it would automatically put me on the new I had purchased.
Any ways to start the new one and just cancel the one or do I have to buy add ons and wait for it to run out 😞
Any help appriecated!

If you use up membership bundled allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month. Buying a new membership doesn't prematurely terminate the current membership and kick in immediately. The new membership will have stacked to kick in when the current membership has run its full monthly course and has expired. All memberships always run their full monthly course and it is not possible to terminate them prematurely.
