Membership how long?

I just topped up my membership because my ither one expired. How long does it take to kick in?

It should be immediate if the current membership has already expired.

What does your online account say about your current membership status and expiry date?

Does it also list a "next" membership and start date?

Remember if your membership expires 1st May then that means tonight at midnight and the new one will start.

Hi my membership expired last night at 11:59. It says membership is paid in full.

What exactly does it say in the Membership Planner section of your online account?

It says my membership will now expire on the 1st of june.

So can you make/receive calls and send/receive texts?

What allowance balances are displayed?

Were you barred for breaching the fair usage limits last month?
