Membership hasn't come through

Hi guys, I stacked up this month's membership last week so it'd come through automatically but it seems a few people are having trouble with it kicking in.

I still have my Standard and I tried to top up with 1GB of internet last night. My 48 page displays "Membership paid, will end June 30th at 11.59pm" but I can make no calls, landline calls or use my internet data.

When I tried readding more data it told me there was a problem with my card too. What to do?

Many people reporting this problem today so you should log a support query to ask 48 support for assistance as only they can sort it out.
