Manually selecting network

Hello,

I have returned to ireland and when I try to manually search for network 48 appears and when I select it a tick goes beside it yet nothing happens? I have tried turning off my phone aswell as taking out my sim. Please help. Thank you!

Your phone may need to be activated on 48 again.

Try putting at least 25c cash credit on your account.

See if that works.

If not try syncing with iTunes.

Some versions if iOS can activate independently - others need a sync.
