I bought my new guide membership and it says I only have half the 1gb left even though I haven't used it and the internet isn't even working? Please rectify

If you bought a new Guido membership but your current membership has not yet run its full monthly course then the new membership will have stacked to kick in when your current membership expires. That might be why you don't see 3gb internet allowance yet.

Also for internet access to work you need to configure your internet/APN settings. See here:
