Internet stops every so often.

So my Internet usually works great. No issues. But recently it just completely disappears for a few minutes to hours and then returns. I only recently got the Don membership (approx. 4-5 days ago) so have a good 4gb of Internet left. My phone indicates the internet being H+ or H.
I dont know how to fix this. I tried restarting my phone, checked the internet setting and read through other faqs but nothing has fixed it.

What make and model of phone is it?
Is it a Samsung by any chance as this is a common problem with these phones for some reason (and not just on 48)?
Have you tried switching off, taking the sim out, gently cleaning the contacts, reinserting it, switching on and then manually scanning for networks and connecting to 48?
If the problem persists then it might be worth trying a replacement sim in case that helps.

It's a Samsung s6.
I cleaned it and it's been fine for 24 hours. Stops for a few minutes and then starts again still though.

Sounds like the usual annoying Samsung problem.

I don't know why it happens but it's reported many times all around the world online.

Maybe contact 48 support to see if they can advise at all.

Yeah thank you. Seems to stop now. Just goes really slow at times.

Can you double check that your settings are correct?

Misconfiguration of the settings can cause it to be slow or not work at all.
