My internet is so slow and is on "E" everywhere I go I used to have "H" but somethings changed
someone help ?

Any chance the 2G/EDGE/GSM only option somehow got enabled and needs to be changed back to 3G/WCDMA etc? Check under mobile network settings.

You mean the 2G only option was enabled and switching back to 3G/dual mode sorted the problem out?
