Hi I have a galaxy S3 and i payed my membership for the guido plan.this includes internet but it is not working for me.it is really annoying me,can anyone help?cheers

Did you configure your internet/APN settings? If not ...
Try all of the steps outlined here:

You posted a similar help request in the begining of January... has the internet not worked since?
Was your S3 configured at one point? (Have you had Internet at all on 48) ?
