I've a Nokia Lumia 930 Windows 8.1 phone. I've changes my internet settings, which seem to be working fine but mms messaging isn't. Any help would be appreciated

Settings seem to match the recommended ones:

Do you have data roaming enabled?

Do you have a data allowance as part of your membership or an internet add-on?

I have Nokia Lumia 930. I have no internet at all nor MMS, I tried several times on the same standard setting on 48months website, nothing changed on my phone, still no internet. Some one could help me?
