Hi,
I have registered with 48months, put the new SIM card in (topped up) but I did not install the mobile settings (got 4 messages re installation but I didnt install. Now I cannot make phone calls or use internet. (Can receive calls).
Cann you resend those mobile internet settings or help me?
I did change the Wireless and Networks settings manually (Access Point, Name,APN, MMSC.......etc) but still nothing.
Please advise.

Those messages supposedly sending the settings have never worked for me.
To configure your internet/MMS settings follow the steps here:

However even without your internet settings configured you should be able to make/receive calls and send/receive texts.
When you log into your online account does it give any error messages?
Is the phone number correct (don't post it here)?
Does it say that your membership is active and expires in about a month?
If all of the above is correct then you might have to contact support to get them to look into the problem for you:
