I topped up my phone and my 3G still isn't working? Second time this has happened can this be fixed and can I please be compensated in some way? Thanks

Hi Katie,

Have you tried resetting the network settings on your phone? Please try this, restart your phone, and let us know how you get on!

I tried to move my number when trabsferring networks but my number hasn't moved. I clicked "move my number" on 48GoConquer website and followed all the steps and filled in all necessary information but my number still hasnt moved? Help please!!
