Having problems logging into your My48 account?

Several people lately seem to be posting that they cannot log into their My48 online account.
If you have this problem then try another browser and/or device (e.g. PC/laptop/tablet instead of the phone etc.).
Sometimes this allows access.
Not sure why it happens that one method works but another does not but it's worth trying if you have problems.
