Forgot password to account and email account is no longer active :(

Hi 🙂

 

My friend has forgotton his password for his account. However when he tried to open his email account to change password he was informed that his email account is no longer active. How can he change his email/username if he email is no longer available? i can top him up but he wants to change simcards.

 

Can someone please help him.

Hi there!

Quick question, is there by any chance could he fill in your email address (if he does not have an alternative email address) so we can send you the details that way?

He might need to contact 48 support to get this sorted - e.g. to configure the account with a different email address.
