Data Not working on oneplus one

Hi

My data isnt working for my oneplus one phone i have  already used the default internet settings but they do not work. I can make calls and texts fine..

Did you check everything in that post?

Are the data settings exactly as specified there?

Is data roaming enabled?

Are you sure that you have a data allowance?

Should my preferred network type be LTE 3G OR 2G?

Android doesn't normally ask you to specify this when configuring the internet/APN settings.

Maybe the OPO Android is different?

If you have to choose between LTE, 3G and 2G then choose 3G.

48 don't support LTE (4G) and 2G will be too slow.

 

Edit: this post describes settings that should work on this phone (which are probably the same as the ones that I linked to above) and there's no mention of 4G/3G/2G....
