Do add ons work in Abu Dhabi?

Your 48 SIM won't work there at all.

48 don't support roaming in that part of the world.

Only those countries/regions mentioned here:

And even then the only add-ons that work abroad are EU roaming add-ons in EU countries (excluding Romania).
