Hi everyone,
I'm having serious problems contacting 48 for them to release my number so i can change mobile providers.
i'm waiting 5 days and counting and it should only have taken 2 hours.
I have been in contact with comreg and they have advised me what to do but i cannot log in to write 48 the email necessary.
I have huge regrets moving to 48 and will deffinately tell my friends to stay well from 48,
What can i do to get 48 to release my number ?

Did you not log in to post here? Or are you saying that you cannot log into your 48 account to log a support request? If so then I think you can log an "anonymous" request here but unfortunately I can't find the URL link at the moment... 😞 Maybe somebody else knows?
I don't know for sure but I thought that in cases where an operator was not releasing the number then you could get your new operator to force the transfer?
