The 3G was working on my phone, but hasn't been for the last week or two. Yes, I do have the mobile data turned on! Any ideas?

Has anything changed on your phone? E.g. software update etc.?
Are your internet/APN settings still correct?

When you say 3G doesn't work do you mean that no internet/data access works or just slower 2G works?
If 2G works then check that your phone isn't configured to only connect to 2G networks.
When you scan for networks what do you see - 2G networks only or also 3G?

Well, I didn't change my internet settings.
No internet data, unless I've wifi.

What does your online account say about your data allowance balance?
Any chance you've simply used it up?
If not then double check that your internet settings are still correct.
If necessary reconfigure them.
Other than that all I can suggest is to contact 48 support.
