1GB not working for last three top ups

The last three times that I have paid for the memership on my phone the 1GB of internet hasnt worked. I went through the web page the other day and tried to sort it out by getting the configuration message sent to my phone and following the instructions but it still isnt working. What can I do?

That's no good at all...so you've in effect been purchasing the Guido,, & not getting the internet...

 

You're correct in thinking Configuration could be the issue.

 

Rather than suggest more mind-numbing config methods... since you've been without internet so long & you say you've tried all before... I would suggest you asking support to check things out & maybe this will be sorted quicker, click below to start...
