Hey @bebiok there is an issue currently when trying to top up on Android devices using the Chrome browser - any chance he is trying to do that? In that case using a different browser or a desktop computer instead should work better.
You can also top up by voucher in case it is still failing on the website (he should log a support ticket with the 48 agents though so they can troubleshoot the issue for him), see here.
