unlimited minutes but cannot call anybody - no credit

I have paid recently for my first membership. In my account I can see unlimited minutes, but when I try to call, it says no credit to make a call.

This seems to happen from time to time to some new members.

No idea why.

You'll probably have to contact 48 support to get it sorted out.

Thanks for help, I didnt find that for international call you must have extra credit. Irish calls are fine.

Yes - you need cash credit to pay for international calls/texts:

https://48.ie/charges/international-calls

They are not covered by membership/add-on allowances.
