Did you mean:

"NaN GB left" - will UK roaming work for imminent trip?

Currently on 'Guido' membership in Ireland and will be spending a few days in UK shortly.  Will I be able to use 'phone for calls and data there?  My account says that I have "NaN GB left" and I'd like to know just what this means.

My account says that I have "NaN GB left"

Where does it say that?

On the app or on the website view of your My48 account - or both?

That sounds like a bug with the website and/or app.

"NaN" means "not a number" and can happen when a computer calcluates something that doesn't make numeric sense.

You should contact 48 support about it.
