Your post doesn't really make much sense.
What exactly do you mean by "payment taken have to pay again"?
If you're having a problem then you'll need to describe it more clearly.
What are you trying to do, what exact steps do you take, what goes wrong, any error messages etc.?
What did you pay for? Membership, add-on, cash credit, etc?
What happened?
Why do you think that you have to pay again?
