hi my membership isnt working but the money went out fo my acount

Several people seem to be reporting issues with auto-renewal today so there may be some general issue with it. 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to ask them what's going on and to fix the issue with your account.

Nobody here on the Community Forum will have any visibility into your account to know for sure what's happening here.

support was no help. they are saying that it is a technical issue and that it could take 24 working hours to fix. Meanwhile we are left with no communication service, even though the money was taken. Their service is still working for other customers that i know of. Why they can't just give us a stop gap measure e.g. 1GB of data on our account, to keep us connected I don't know.
