Why is the subject line your email address? 

It's not a great idea to post personal details such as your email address in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use such details. 

You might want to edit your post to remove it. 

What exactly happens when you try to buy a membership plan here? 

Any error messages? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
