Getting a membership

When I try to purchase a membership and click on memberships it says you are not aloud to purchase a membership while you have a bundle in progress.

unlimited minutes but cannot call anybody - no credit

I have paid recently for my first membership. In my account I can see unlimited minutes, but when I try to call, it says no credit to make a call.

Can't make International call (bought xtra credit)????
