Wont let me enter card, deleted my saved card without my knowledge and never wants to automate even tho I press it every time

You'll need to explain the issue more clearly if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

You're saying that your previously registered payment card details disappeared from your My48 account? 

Are you sure that your account wasn't compromised such that someone else logged in and did this? 

What exactly happens when you try to re-register your payment card details here? 

Any error messages?

Are are you saying that you can register your payment card details but it's the membership plan auto-renewal option that you can't toggle on? 

Do you get any error messages?

Are you able to manually buy your next membership plan with your payment card? 

You're going to have to do this anyway even if you get the auto-renewal option working as it will not buy the first plan after being enabled.
