Won't let me buy an add on

I want to buy an Internet add on but it won't allow me even though I've plenty of money in my card.. what will I do

How are you trying to buy the add-ons?

What exactly happens/goes wrong?

Any error messages or other description of the problem?

Have you tried buying stuff by text which charges the cost to your cash credit balance?

No I pay with my card which has plenty of money on it and it just says there's a security issue please contact card holder

Did this card ever work before on 48 or other online sites?

Was it renewed/reissued recently?

Is 3-D Secure/Verified by VISA security enabled on it?

You might need to contact your bank as the error suggested.

And maybe also contact 48 support in case they can help:

In the meantime, as a stopgap measure, you could topup your cash credit balance by voucher and then buy stuff online or by text from your cash credit balance.
