Why did my plan charge change from €10.99 to €12.99?

I was usually charged 10.99 for 100gb per month. but i checked recentelly and it has now increased to 12.99 per month and theres no option to change it. My brother who signed up at the same time as me still has his 10.99 plan. Can anyone help ?
