Why can't I top up the balance?

What exactly are you trying to do? 

Buy a membership plan, buy an add-on, top-up your cash credit balance? 

How exactly are you trying to do this?

What goes wrong?

Any error messages? 

Are you using the app or the website? 

Does it make any difference if you switch from one to the other? 

Were you ever able to successfully make payments/purchases on 48 previously? 

If so, when? 

Are your payment card details still valid?
