I presume by credit/money you mean cash credit on your account?
And by packages you mean membership plans or add-ons?
If you want to pay for membership/add-ons using cash credit then you just go through the normal purchase process for these and at checkout choose to pay using cash credit rather than your credit/debit card.
The option to pay using cash credit will only appear if the amount of cash credit on your account is greater than or equal to the cost of your selected items.
If the cost of the selected items is greater than your cash credit balance then the option to pay using cash credit will not appear.
You can't part pay with cash credit.
Note that you don't need to add cash credit to your account first in order to buy membership/add-ons.
You can buy these directly with your payment card.
