I have activated my number and when i try to add a membership plan, it just shows an error. Im not able to but my plan

What exactly happens when you try to buy a membership plan here? 

Any error messages? 

Are you sure that your payment card details are correct, the card is valid and can be used for online purchases, isn't frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
