Unable to buy a membership

Hi, I have tried to buy a membership with 2 different cards (from 2 different banks) this morning but keep getting an error saying there is a problem with my card. I have checked the cards and they work fine elsewhere.

Is there a processing problem with your site at the moment and when will it be fixed?

This STILL isn't working for me 24 hours later. I get to the bank verification code stage, which I have entered numerous one time codes now it still says unsuccessful. What have ye done to your system? Roll back the changes please. Can someone call me to sort this out? I've used various browsers, deleted caches cookies and still no joy 0894773804 (thats not the number that's giving me trouble.
