Hi, am I paying a direct debit of 12.99 twice a month? My banking is telling me I’ve two upcoming subscriptions of the same amount for 48. Please rectify this. I only want to pay once a month

48 don't take payments via direct debit.
They do it via recurring card payment.
These are different payment mechanisms.
I would suggest that you try the following:
Then register your payment card details anew on My48, reenable membership auto-renewal, and check what your bank then says about recurring 48 payments.
Alternatively you might want to contact 48 support and/or your bank customer support for assistance.
48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum so you need to contact them yourself directly.
